WWJD

Julia Child would have been 100 years old today. To say that I'm a fan would be an understatement. I love her bold approach to life, the value she placed on relationships; I love her humor and her passion for delicious food. When cooking, I often find myself wondering WWJD -- except, for me, it's not Jesus I'm wondering about. As I stir this or roast that I ask, "What would Julia do?"
