A portrait of J

I wanted to make an experiment with a good friend of mine.
I often wonder when do I reach the limit  of  manipulation of the photo after which  the portrait starts to represent more the character of the photographer than the model. Here I may have crossed the border. Slightly stronger shadows especially on the darker sides of the  lips have changed original positive atmosphere quite radically. The softer version can be  seen  here.
