Frozen

They say it's going to get colder with morning frosts but that's not for a couple of days yet.

I put some acer leaves and water in the freezer a couple of days ago so I got them out to see what happened. It didn't work out quite how I'd planned though, the ice was stuck in the tray and wouldn't come out without some thawing and the weather wasn't warm enough for that to happen very quickly. After a bit of mucking about with hot water I got this result. Not quite what I had in mind but I think it's quite attractive.
