Fungi at Wandlebury Country Park

It's been a full day today... The weather from late morning onwards has been so good and the light absolutely screaming out to photographers!

I was to meet an old friend and colleague from my St Clare Hospice days for lunch so on the way I stopped at Wandlebury for one last fungal foray and managed to get what I think is the best photo yet this year.  I'm at The J's for the next three days and the frosts are coming so I guess thats the last fungi photos for this year.

In Cambridge I took a few photos of my favourite views in some amazing mellow light. And visited somewhere new, Gonville and Caius College
