Mist over Fryup Dale

The mist hanging over the valley was incredibly beautiful this morning.
Feeling tired after our adventures we went to Helmsley Walled Garden which was still looking beautiful . We met up with a group of people from Botton Village ( Camphill Trust) where they are still fighting to retain the philosophy of disabled people living on small farms with a family called co- workers as opposed to carers brought in from outside - the valley at Botton was previously farmed bio- dynamically but that is all ended at the moment as the case is being fought in the High Court. We net up with them at Riveaux Abbey and I was a ble to chat with them as we queued for drinks. Such lovely but vunerable people I do hope their way of life can resume.
