So I lost 3lbs this week... I thought it could've been a little more as I've been overdosing on fruit and veg this week!

I've just got back from Asda and this is some of the things I've bought for mission 'lose more than 3lbs next week'. Don't get me wrong in happy I lost 3lbs but well you know..
