Meet the neighbours

The across the way neighbours have been busy.

As I drove home, after dark, I saw several trick or treaters out and about. It struck me that there's a gap in the market for some high viz costumes as it was difficult to see the kids. At least one parent had thought it through and was accompanying his kids wearing a high biz jacket himself. Quiet dangerous really, I'm surprised this issue hasn't been raised before.
