Boo!

A busy day again. I raked and swept up a thick carpet of leaves from Mum's back garden this morning - next Monday I aim to do the front and have a general tidy up outside. After lunch we went out for our weekly hot chocolate treat and a search for big boxes of Christmas cards (Mum needs to get started sooner this year so that she doesn't get overwhelmed by writing them all in one go). When we got home from our afternoon out, I got us some dinner. This evening I've been making the first dozen little boxes with lids out of festive origami paper - last year I did 42. Once again we'll fill them with edible surprises to give out to our friends at Christmas.

I'm whacked now - might get an early night if all the ghosts and ghouls let me fall asleep tonight. Happy Hallowe'en!
