Hit by a bus, metaphorically speaking.  What a shock to the system it was to get up and go into the educational sausage factory today!

Positives.  Lots of them. Trying to make sure I remember them, because the temptation to focus on only the negative things is too emotionally draining.  What will be, will be.

Shot taken on the walk up to the coffee emporium with James after I got home at 7.30.  It was nice to just have half an hour to eat cake and chat a little.
