'Chopper over Dunblane

This morning a helicopter spent a long time circling Dunblane and Park of Keir before eventually heading north towards Gleneagles having come from the direction of Edinburgh airport.

What's up?

We still have not heard whether the Reporter has made his recommendation to th Scottish Government or not on whether to grant planning permission for Judy Murray's tennis centre , and Murray museum financed by luxury housing.  Oh yes there is a six hole golf course with big holes so that beginners will not be intimidated...I kid you not...along with a football pitch and hotel .
