I went back to work today after my holiday. Lots of meetings.

Dog walks are still challenging as my knee is very sore and unstable. I took them to the same field as yesterday and let them run and after that I did some knee friendly exercises, which challenged the boys, but was easy on me. Super fun for all of us.

Home now and ready to put my feet up for the evening.
