Gloomy start

Woke up to rain but it didn't last long.  Nearly put paid to my 'bend your knees and don't give in to pain' training regime - as advised by my physio.  Went down to the beach to do my 2 miles promenade walk and the early morning mist was just burning off.  Stayed bright until about 3pm then it came in gloomy again.  By all accounts this morning's balmy 10c start will be blitzed tomorrow with -0c overnight frosts.  Well it was good while it lasted.
