Reflected Sunset

A bit of an emergency blip, the sunset refection appears as a stripe on the two tanks at the water treatment. I was once asked by someone  (no I am not naming names ) why have they painted those  stripes on there? I rather naughtily said they are special stripes because they are on the other side in the mornings! The questioner walked away shaking their head.
