Location, location, location

I start officially flat hunting tomorrow.. I've been stalking the internet for months to try and get an idea of the properties, but it s exceptionally fast moving, I have 4 properties lined up to see tomorrow, one only became available on Friday, but that has already been taken..
Wish me luck.. just need 2 bedrooms, ( so dorsetb can visit) somewhere quiet, near a tram to the train station, with a washing machine!
