Ta Ta Thea

Today we said goodbye to Thea (pronounced 'Tia') & Rudy...a last time at their flat earlier and then one last Caña Club with her...they were the first friends we made here, having moved to the island just 2 weeks after we did! We randomly started chatting in the café at the end of our road & the kids instantly took to each other! We've only know each other a few years, but been through all sorts as friends & been substitute family to each other. We'll miss them.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Thea's friendship.
2) Another day off school for Asha...good to have time with her & Danny.
3) Joining a new little Spanish class...first class Thursday!
