No News

It must have been a slow news day in the nation today because there weren't any newspapers to be had.

I spent the day with mom in Tucson. I dragged her to two of my doctor's appointments, which were a couple of hours apart. In between we went shopping and I treated her to lunch.

My ulterior motive for inviting her to join me was to take over the driving duties in case my shoulders and neck became too painful to continue to drive (Tucson is an hour away) but that wasn't necessary. Turned out we just had a really nice time together.
