Berlin

Apologies to be back-blipping but we had problems with memory capacity on the laptop while we were away in Berlin and I wasn't able to upload any photos.  Obviously I took loads of pictures (!) and so have chosen just a few to blip for the next couple of days.

This is a close up of the statue atop the Brandenburg Gate.  We walked up there on our first day which was grey and overcast.  However, we were lucky with the weather generally and had some sun and it only started to rain when we were waiting to come home at the airport!
