Such a perfect day

The weather guru foretold perfect arboretum conditions last night so we got up early and set off at 7.30! Ludicrously early , but we got to Westonbirt soon after it opened, There were hardly any people around and the conditions were perfect, last night's frost providing extra crispness.
Colours were stunning as usual, and we got many pictures. Hard to choose but here are a couple.
