Development continues on the old Battersea Power Station site - only one of the famous chimneys visible at the moment. New flats at the right; I don't imagine they're that cheap!
Taken from the dirty window of a train (Gatwick Express - they need to look up 'express' in a dictionary) as it approached Victoria, crossing the Thames.
