Green.
St George's Centre in Preston has an electric car charging station (but who has their dragon, that's the question people should be asking). What I want to know is do people with electric cars have to pay for the electricity top ups they get when they're out and about? And how do you ensure that you're only drawing power from renewable sources, in order that you really are "reducing emissions" overall, rather just those in the town centre.
I'd forgotten how much of a pig it is to get out of Preston town centre by car. I probably put lots of horrible emissions into the atmosphere.
