Little Clarendon Street: University Offices

Running (/walking /cycling) Oxford in large.

I'm not sure why I'm blipping this, but something about the scene leapt out at me... These are the bicycles parked outside the University Offices (Oxford University Admin.) on Little Clarendon Street. The sun was actually to the left (south), and the bright light is all reflected from the building opposite (on the right).
