Is a thing unto itself! And this humble nut is a staple of the cuisine: The Southern Pecan. Pecan pie is favorite but pecans infuse many many dishes, not just desserts.
Rough day today. Shuffling between schools as needed ( and there were many needs today). The ambulance was called to one school but the child's mom got there first and took her to the ER, so the ambulance was cancelled. All is well just a few tense moments and now a slight headache. Most days I'm paid much more than I am worth. NOT TODAY!! :-)
