A very good day

Hope the good feelings about the job turn out to be more real than this pic... (just a wall mural at Pieroth HQ - of the "home" vineyard in the Nahe ("narr") valley in Germany...)
Turns out my worries about the "test" were misguided as I got 24.5 out of 25... 2nd best score was 16... As you can guess that didn't do much to help my popularity!! Ah well... It seems increasingly apparent that this is a bona fide company selling genuine quality wines... with plenty of future opportunities if my growing confidence in my ability to be an effective sales rep proves well founded...
Bex got into music college (had audition), and seems very happy - and is clearly getting on very well with V, staying in the flat with her while I'm away...
V's tutor pleased with her first draft for her first essay assessment...
Only downer is that V is understandably struggling with Suduamma / Aunt Julia scenario... I crassly suggested we make kimbula (sort of Sri Lankan croissant) when I get back, and sent recipe... of course being reminded of SL is the LAST thing she wants :/
Another test tomorrow... on sales techniques...
