An amazing sun ray pattern this morning. The rays of light filtered through the clouds this morning and were visible for ages.
I had the day from hell at work today. Out of 4 patients this morning 3 needed surgical procedures . The afternoon was almost as bad but luckily for me i got some help. Not fantastic when you have sciatic pain in your back and leg
