Phone display at the 5G Innovation Centre

Today I chaired a UK research council meeting at the University of Surrey. We took a break at lunchtime for a short visit of the campus with stops at the 5G Innovation Centre, and the Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing. We also heard about the work of the Business Insights Lab, where we were located for the day.

My blip is of the phone display in the foyer of the 5G Innovation Centre. This delighted us all as we played 'Spot your old phone' just before our tour.

The meeting went well, but it's been another super-long day for me, starting with breakfast with a colleague at 07:30 and ending with the last flight back to Edinburgh from Heathrow. I finally reached home at about 11:00pm.

Exercise today: a little walking (6,157 steps).
