Chandlers Ford Sculpture.

Today I visited Chandlers Ford to look over plans for a forthcoming refurbishment. I have been doing this long enough now that I well remember visiting this branch when it was still a building site. I can remember being there for the installation of the IT, the testing, the smell of new wood and fresh paint the excitement as it opened its doors for the very first time. That was all fifteen years ago and it is now busy and successful and ready for a bit of refurbishment. An interesting feature on this branch were the unusual sculptures on parts of the building, I think perhaps they were done by a local artist? Anyway, here is one of them, still looking impressive.
