New way for me to Cook.

When we get to France there will be no Rayburn or cooker at first, so We bought this to make all our meals. Tried it for the first time this evening and had a very successful roast chicken with tatties, green beans and sprouts, topped off with cranberry gravy. So relieved it came out ok.
