Horizontal Parking Not Permitted

Mayhem on the highway. Some time of crawling in the traffic jam brought me to this sight. A trucker ran off of the left side of the roadway and overturned. With one tow truck holding the trailer upright work crews were working to offload the trucks' cargo.

Even though one lane was wide open onlooker curiosity caused some delay.
