The ballot measures are poorly written, confusing, and people do not have the time to do the research necessary to make a decision.
Measure 97 is a measure that sounds good, who doesnt want to help old people(my peeps) or the schools(relatives, friends work for school districts around the State)
I found it to be seriously flawed and voted No.
