Autumn fruits

And left over into winter! Beautiful light for most of today again. 
I saw a beautiful scene as I drove north from Clonakilty in the afternoon: a full rainbow sitting over a bright autumnal landscape with perfect hues of brown and purple. I had the camera in the car — but where is the next safe stopping point. Just 100m ahead. Stopped car. Opened boot. Opened camera bag. Changed lens. Looked up. Rainbow gone!
And never to return - in that spot at least. So you get to see what's lweft of summer growth near my house instead! So much of life is like that!
