Such fun, isn't it? International travel.

A dreadful morning at the airport, with a scam of a parking service; painfully slow and stupid security; catering area overcrowded by outlets, under-provided with seats and tables; disgusting "sausage and chutney (sic) sandwich."

Then, after an ok flight and efficient car hire office in Bergamo, a busy motorway and ill-informed sat nav.  But we found the hotel and managed to find beers, food etc. The next week should be easier.

Verona (so far at night only) seems to be beautiful.  I will report further.
