Early morning hawk

Once the fog lifted it was the most beautiful blue-skied Fall day. I almost left this guy alone this morning, but he was in his usual good spot, the sun was coming up and I was afraid I wouldn't get another photo op today. I thanked him and promised to leave him alone next time - not that we spent any quality time together, as you can see.
