BALLET UNDER THE STARS....

..... a master stroke by the organisers from  The Australian Ballet saw a fine night for the BIG open air event set in Penrith at the Regatta Centre this evening.

It was a"free" pre booking event, and seems some 12,000 odd people felt it a great event to attend. There were people everywhere.

Alice was just over the moon when I took her down to the front of stage prestart, as the were warming up on stage. Along with many other "budding ballerinas" she tiptoed on the grass mimicking the movements of the ballet team. Had an absolute fun time.

The show started just on sunset (which was behind us) and the colour in the sky behind blended well with the opening costume.
