Blip day?

Well if this is the 1000 blip it has taken me a bloody long time to get here (nearly five years!)

In that time, Maud has reached 5, I've completed a PhD, left the North West for Cornwall (been here nearly two years!) and am very happy in my now not so new job.

I have been a terrible blipper in recent times, and am thankful for those people who have remained loyal in spite of my dreadful lack of communication.

I am uncertain whether I will ever get back to blipping regularly and I can see very little chance of me ever getting back to taking part in this lovely community properly. But I am really pleased it's still here and continues to thrive. Well done to those Directors who volunteer their time to steer the site in the right direction: I am in awe of their commitment.
