Growing up

Enjoyed a lovely day today with grand daughter who is growing up fast. Hard to believe that she will be going to senior school next September.  Where did those eleven years go?  I recall trying to retrieve emails whilst in the Masai Mara in 2005 to see if the newest baby had arrived. We had 3 boys and 2 grand sons already, so to read that we had a grand daughter was a HUGE delight. When I asked if I could 'have a Blip' this is the pose she struck.  One chance saloon - she was not sticking around for more. Click, done!  
Firework night and there are many bangs occurring outside my window!   Why don't folks go to designated shows? I feel so much for all the animals who suffer for our pleasure!
