Ingbirchworth
We went for a walk around the reservoir at Ingbirchworth, it's one of the prettiest I think and as it's been quite cold I was hoping there would be a dramatic sky. There was a nice sky but by then we were on our way, but. If we'd waited another twenty minutes or so I could have blipped it but we were both wanting to get back into the car to warm up.
I took my small tripod with me to try and get a very slow shutter speed to "stop" the water; it was reasonably slow and the water has a certain smoothness, but I can see I really need to invest in some filters if I want to perfect this technique.
I've been watching the fox just now and I was standing behind the curtain out of sight; I turned quickly and banged my nose. I can tell you it brought tears to my eyes - I'm only hoping I don't end up with a bruise.
Thank you for putting my faded Gerbera on the popular pages; I've been surprised so many of you liked it. It must be the best value for money I've ever had :-))
