Parkrun Livingston

So this morning started with me completing my 20th Parkrun and hitting a new PB of 21:45. This knocked 40 secs off my previous PB.

Lallybroch & Ethan were volunteering handing out the finishing tokens.

A quick gym session followed before meeting MrsT & L at the Dolphins.

MrsT went shopping and I took over L responsibilities.

After lunch I cleaned the BBQ and hoovered up all the leaves in the gardens before Granny & Grandad arrived for dinner and the annual fireworks display at the Livingston Cricket Club.
