Street training

Went to Manchester on a Street Campaign training course today. I took this picture of a bit of wall art whilst walking from Victoria Station to the venue -  an old silk mill. The walk  from the station to the mill, taking in part of the canal, was just under 2 miles. We could have got a tram or a bus but it is a bit of a faff to work out which tram is going in the right direction or where to board these things. It seems easier to open Google maps and set a walking route. At the end of the day we took a slightly different, but more direct, route back to the station. 

This evening I went to my  local cricket club to watch the firework display.
