My blackcurrant jam

First time I have made blackcurrant jam with our own blackcurrants from the garden - used Delia's recipe and it worked a treat - also tastes lovely and smells divine. I am not biased either. Thanks to Trudi for the jars - 2lbs of fruit and nearly 5lbs of Jam. More berries nearly ready so more jam on the way.
