The Shine Before The Rain

A cold wind kept us needing to be on the move today as it brought a succession wintery showers. The wind made the steering the birds over the guns easier for us but certainly made them challenging for said guns.
Then it was home to attend to equine, canine and mog! and keep them distracted with food and comfort while the fireworks reined for more than 4hrs. :(
Suspect many of the leaves that have at last started to show some colour will be stripped by the wind and rain!
