Borders Abbey Way

We were walking with some friends on the Borders Abbey Way today, down near Melrose in the Scottish Borders.  It was a bright day, but cold, and for the first time since last winter we wore jackets, hats and gloves. 

But it was pleasant walking weather, and we enjoyed our day.  We did a 7.5 mile circular walk from Denholm, and afterwards we headed for Lauder where we had a lovely fish and chips tea, before the drive home.

Just finished watching 'Strictly' on Catch Up, so a good day all round.
