Sluggish

is definitely not what I was today. For the next two weeks I am covering for a colleague on top of my own ever increasing workload.

I work near the local tip and consequently the skies are full of seagulls. Happened to leave my car window slightly open today and on one of them managed to poo inside. Is that lucky? I don't know, but on my return home a Magpie was perched on the top of my chimney and I know that's unlucky.

Funny evening too .... I was expecting the return of some items from an ex love, but didn't want to meet him. Instead I decided to go for a walk with the dog and take some pics in a quiet area on the common. Guess who I bumped into? Perhaps that was the Magpie speaking.

I took a few pics but liked this one of the slug the most. They aren't everyone's cup of tea, but at least this one wasn't in my house or garden and I suppose I could see a further link to the ex!
