MAY CONTAIN……er, just about anything really…...

……but definitely NOT ice cream……the 'pan of perpetual lunchtime soup' has been decanted into pots destined for the freezer before it completely loses its structural integrity and, more importantly, while it still tastes good! I've been eating it (and adding to it) for about a week now. It started out with a bit of a minestrone vibe but it bears no resemblance to its original constituents now, except perhaps for a subtle backnote…….but the bottom line is, I think I need a bit of a break, and maybe a toasted sandwich for lunch for a change ;-) 

Another wild and windy day…….
