A perfect day - backblip

R&D finally got to tie the knot. We were very honoured to be invited to share their special day together with some of their other friends and family. To be quite correct it wasn't just the day we shared with them, but the whole weekend as the wedding invitation requested us to be present and correct at a lovely Country House just outside Conwy sometime after 3pm yesterday (Friday) and stay at the hotel until Sunday morning.

We had a choice of things to do this morning in the hotel: a swim, a workout in the gym, a dip in the outside hot tub ..... brrr, or a relax after breakfast and a read of the newspapers, but we didn't do any of those instead we popped down to Conwy and had a bracing walk (after that big breakfast) round the Castle and harbour after which we drove up and over the Sychnant Pass towards Colwyn Bay and admired the glorious views then back to the Hotel to get all spruced up for the most important ceremony which even without fireworks went off with a bang ...... well it is the day?!!
