Roast Beef without the beef please!

We went to the Botanist in Knutsford with friends for Sunday Lunch!

I quite fancied the roast dinner but don't eat meat.... So I ordered the Roast Beef without the beef! The waiter looked surprised but eventually got it! We settled on extra parsnips and cauliflower cheese!
