We do like to be beside the seaside!

Nipped to Kirkcaldy this afternoon to get some errands and when we spotted the big waves and lovely sky we decided to head down to the promenade to have a closer look.

When we were there there was a young girl with her bike and her dog running along side her but it got spooked by a car backfiring and ran back along the promenade in the opposite direction.
I watched as she chased after him on foot and managed to catch him but then she couldn't let him go and didn't have a lead to walk him with her bike.
We ended up speaking to her and offering our help to walk her bike home whilst she held her dog.
After a walk along the other end of the promenade she managed to get her mum on the phone to come down and meet her with a lead and all ended well.

The poor dog had obviously had enough with the horrendous noise of fireworks over the last week.

Think next time she'll take a lead with her though!
