A new puppy

No, not mine unfortunately, but this is another Millie, and she belongs to one of my friends in the U.K. (I didn't take the photo, her son took it. Is that allowed?) Her last lab died a few months ago and they've been waiting for this new puppy to be old enough to leave it's mother.
Millie puppy has cried and cried every night in her new home, but they are trying pheromones which apparently calm dogs down, remind them of their mothers smell, and hopefully let the household get some sleep.
