Red Sunrise in Waltham

Another hotel window view following on yesterday's, from our fourth floor looking east.  A museum and friends day: first Harvard's Fogg Museum of Art--a long over-due visit, a couple of years after a top-to-bottom renovation.  Then to Boston's Museum of Fine Arts, where the highlight was a superb exhibition of Della Robbia ceramic sculptures. We had a brief look also at an exhibition on William Merrit Chase, which offered the scene in the extra at the exit (the small sign encourages photos to be posted on Twitter :(    

At the museum we met our friends Jeannie and Mark, and went out to supper with them.  Altogether a long but wonderful day.
