Massacre

Time for making some pickled beetroot. Can't wait for them to settle for putting in some home made burgers!

Brownie points to the Husband for doing this and also stewing the rhubarb while I was off wiggling at Zumba. He's not been seen much in these parts recently due to his work taking over all aspects of life, and I think he was wanting to ensure I knew he wasn't totally disengaging. I also arrived home to the yummiest dinner!
