Sun, sea, sand and a picnic.
I was thoroughly spoilt today... Alastair came over and cooked me a massive breakfast in bed. Spent the morning relaxing before he disappeared and returned with an Erin, which made me extremely happy! With a quick turnaround it was off out to Yellowcraig for a picnic on the beach and a fun afternoon of playing in the sea, it's amazing how much fun you can have with 3 people and a tennis ball! We were a bit keen to get in the sea and didn't pack our picnic away properly, resulting in a crow getting a taste of our salami! I think our picnic was also later visited by a Labrador...We dodged many a jellyfish (the majority dead...) and went looking for crabs, whilst we were all staring at one the size of a 10p coin, a crab the size of a side plate tried to make friends with Alastair, I haven't seen him move that fast in a while! Early evening we headed back to the flat for pasta bake. Something about the fresh air and playing in the sea means I am really really really tired!
